Terms of Service

By using the Zanii Ledger service at ledger.zanii.agency (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

Zanii provides an append-only cryptographic transparency log for AI-agent actions. Writes require an API key; reads and proof verification are public. You are responsible for the agents, keys, and delegations under your account and for the lawfulness of the actions you record.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to break authentication, or overload the platform. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys that abuse the Service.

Nature of verification — important

A Zanii receipt is cryptographic evidence that a signing key attested to an action at a point in time and that the entry is included in an append-only log anchored on a public blockchain. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice, not a legal attestation, and not a guarantee about the correctness or lawfulness of the underlying action. Where a regulated step requires a licensed professional (legal, audit, financial), a licensed professional must complete that step; the Service assists and evidences, it does not replace them.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Public ledger entries already written remain verifiable regardless of account status.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
